8 oz. cream cheese
1 can mangos with syrup
2 small pkg. lemon gelatin
2 c. boiling water

Blend well in blender. Pour into a mold and refrigerate.

If you can't find the mangos; substitute:
Pears with syrup
Peaches with syrup
2 Bananas with sugar

This is another Mississippi favorite and good as an accompaniment to any meal. Betty Billups gave me this recipe and I used to serve this at the Bed and Breakfast. For smaller groups, just cut the recipe in half.
