4 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
3 cups all purpose flour
1 16 ounce bag frozen blackberries thawed
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease two loaf pans. Then sprinkle pans with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon if desired. Mix together oil and eggs. Add sugar and mix well. Add salt, soda and cinnamon. Add flour alternately with berries mixing after each addition. Add nuts if desired. Spoon into loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into middle comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes in pan then remove from pan and cool on racks.

Sprinkling the pans with the mixture of sugar and cinnamon is a really good idea. The bread pops right out of the pans.
