2 small foil pans
3 cups apple pie filling
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup whipping cream
1 tsp rum extract
16 tbsp. butter
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cardamom
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup gingersnap cookie crumbs
1/2 cup flour
2 tbsp. corn syrup
1/8 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp. white sugar
1 tbsp. brown sugar

In a bowl place apple pie filling and lemon juice. Add 2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg and 1/4 tsp cardamom.

In 2 medium ziplocs each place 1/4 cup whipping cream, 1/2 tsp rum extract, and 2 tbsp. butter.

In a measuring cup, melt 12 tbsp. butter for 75 seconds.

Spray 2 foil pans and add half of apple filling into each.

In a new bowl, add the melted butter, oatmeal, cookie crumbs, and flour. Top each pan with half of this mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and attach lids.

To a medium Ziploc add 2 tbsp. corn syrup, 1/8 tsp cinnamon, 2 tbsp. white sugar, and 1 tbsp. brown sugar.

Place pan and Ziploc in a large Ziploc and freeze.

Cook in 350 degrees until bubbly.
