flour/herb mixture:
2 tbsp. flour
3 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp marjoram
1 tsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp sage
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp thyme

Tuscan sauce
1 1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tsp flour
1/2 cup white wine

2 tbsp. olive oil

- Heat large skillet to medium heat, and add olive oil to heat. Empty the contents of the flour/herb mixture onto plate and coat each chicken breast in the coating mix
- brown for 5-6 minutes per side. Remove the chicken to a serving dish and cover with foil to keep warm.
- In same pan, add Tuscan sauce and stir well to scrape up the browned bits on the bottom of the pan. Lower heat and simmer stirring until slightly thickened. Return chicken to the pan and simmer on low for another 10-15 minutes.
