lettuce leaves
pear halves
raisins
red-hots
blanched almonds
cottage cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place lettuce leaves on salad plates. Place 1 chilled pear half upside down on the lettuce. On small end of pear, place 2 raisins for the eyes, 1 red-hot candy for the nose and 2 blanched almonds for the ears. A ball of cottage cheese on the large end makes the tail.
