2 Swai Fillets
1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. granulated garlic
1 tbsp. HP Steak Sauce (Original English Style)
1/8 lb. Butter- cut in slices
1/2 c. chicken broth (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. In a 9x9 square ceramic casserole dish, place filets. Add chicken broth if desired. Sprinkle pepper and garlic on top of the fish. Squeeze lemon over filets. Spread HP Sauce over both filets (coat the entire fish). Add butter slices on top of each filet. Place in 375º oven for 20 minutes.©

This is an excellent way to bake any fish. The HP Sauce adds a special flavor that is exceptional. This can also be done with Tilapia instead of Swai. The chicken broth will keep it especially moist when baking.
