2 lb. hamburger
1 large onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 eggs
1 sleeve wheat saltines, crushed (soaked in a little milk)
Salt & pepper to taste
Glaze:
1 c. Ketchup
White sugar-till really sweet
Directions:
Directions:
Mix and put into baking pan with a little water. When partially baked, slice down through the center and cover with glaze. Near end of baking time, cover with glaze again.
