1 1/2 c. zwieback crumbs
1/3 c. sugar
1 t. cinnamon
1/8 t. salt
1/2 c. melted margarine
1/3 c. slivered almonds
Filling:
4 ea. 8oz pkg cream cheese
6 eggs, separated
1 c. (1/2pt) heavy cream
1 T lemon rind
3/4 c. sugar
2 T. flour
5 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Blend zwieback crumbs, sugar, cinnamon, salt, butter and almonds. Press mixture against bottom and sides of 9 or 10" spring form pan. Bake at 400º for 8 - 10 min. Cool.
Let cream cheese stand at room temp. til softened. Beat egg yolks with 3/4 c. sugar til light and mash cheese with fork, add to egg yolks; beat well with rotary beater. Blend in heavy cream. Add flour, lemon juice and rind. Beat egg whites til stiff not dry. Fold gently into mixture. Pour into baked crust. Put in COLD oven. Set oven to 325º Bake 1 hour til set. Turn off oven; open door, let stand 15 min.
