1/2 pound peeled and deveined shrimp
1/2 pound skinless boneless chicken thighs
1/2 pound smoked kielbasa
1 T vegetable oil
1 T flour
1 c chopped onion
1 red bell pepper chopped
1 can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
2 cloves garlic (I like about 4-5 cloves)
2 1/2 c. no salt added chicken broth
1/4 c fresh parsley
1 t. thyme
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. dried basil
1/4 t. black pepper
1/4 t. cayenne pepper
1 can no salt added whole tomatoes undrained and chopped
1 c. long grain white rice uncooked

Peel and devein shrimp; coat nonstick skillet with cooking spray add the oil and stir in flour. Cook over medium high heat 1 1/2 min or until brown, stirring constantly.Add chicken and sausage cooking til chicken is almost done about 5 min. Add onion, and next 3 ingredients saute' 7 min or til tender. Add chicken broth and next 7 ingredients stir well and bring to boil. Add rice; stir well. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 min. or until rice is tender. Stir in shrimp; cover and cook 5 min or until shrimp is done
