1 c. corn
salt
1 T flour
1 T. sugar
1 egg
1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg with mixture of flour, salt and sugar: mix in corn and stir in milk. Pour into pan or casserole that has been placed in oven with butter until melted. (I have never measured butter.)
Bake in 350º - 375º oven 40 to 50 minutes.
NOTE: Grandma Ragsdale only gave the proportions.
