1 fish steak (3-6oz) - (I prefer white fish - tilapia, haddock, etc.
4 medium mushrooms
2 cherry tomatoes
2 lemon slices
1/2 green pepper, sliced
1/4 cup diet Mt. Dew
Crushed pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place fish in the center of piece of heavy foil. Place mushrooms, tomatoes, lemon, and green pepper around the fish. Fold all the edges of foil up. Pour soda over fish. Seal foil tightly.

Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes apart. Carefully open foil to allow steam to escape. Sprinkle with pepper.

When I first saw this recipe I wasn't too keen on using Mt. Dew but surprisingly the dish turn out delicious. This is a quick and healthy dish to prepare.
