lemon juice
raspberries, peaches, pears, plums, any fruit

Directions:
Directions:
1. wash and prepare fruit (skin and cut if necessary).
2. pack into sterilized jars until jar if about 2/3 full (depending on how much juice you like).
3. boil 4 cups of water. when boiling, add 1 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Bring back to boil. Pour into jar until sugar water is even with the lower edge of the neck of jar. tighten lid and put jars into a canner with warm water to the level of half way up the jars.
4. bring to a boil
-raspberries just bring to boil for 5 minutes
- other fruit bring to boil for 20 minutes
5. for crab apples, use 3 cups water to 1 cup of sugar. bring to boil and boil slowly until apples crack (slowly as opposed to full rapid boil),

FYI: for raspberry fruit, can reuse snap lids; other fruit need new snap lids
