2 egg whites (room temperature is best)
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup of sugar
1 cup of semisweet morsels
1 cup pecans chopped
2 cookie sheets covered in foil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 º Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Add salt & cream of tartar. Add sugar two teaspoons at a time. Fold in cup of nuts and cup of semisweet morsels. Drop by the teaspoon onto foil covered cookie sheets. Place in oven. Turn oven off. No peaking, forget about them until morning.
