1 cup sugar
2/3 cup canned pumpkin
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
3/4 cup four
Filling:
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Cream eggs and sugar. Fold in pumpkin, mix in baking soda, pumpkin pie spice and flour. Pour into well greased cookie sheet, bake @ 375 15 minutes. Turn into tea towel dusted with powdered sugar and roll up like a jelly roll. Cool 1 - 2 hours. Roll out of towel onto plastic wrap or foil. Spead filling on top. Roll up again & refrigerate overnight.
