CAKE

1 1/2 C Sugar
2 C Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 Eggs
20 oz can Crushed Pineapple and juice
1 C Brown Sugar
1 C Chopped Pecans

TOPPING

1 C Evaporated Milk
1/2 C Sugar
1 Stick Butter
1 tsp Vanilla

Preheat Oven to 350º

CAKE

Combine sugar, flour, salt, baking soda, eggs and pineapple, Mix well.
Pour into 9 x 13 pan and top with brown sugar and pecans.
Bake for 45 min

TOPPING

Combine sugar, evaporated milk and vanilla in saucepan
Bring to a boil
Pour over cake immediately after removing from oven
