2 T butter or margarine
1 T cornstarch
1 T sugar
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/4 t. salt
2 c. cubed cooked beets

Directions:

Melt butter. Add cornstarch, sugar and salt, blend. Add vinegar, cook until thick. Add beets, heat thoroughly.
