3 tsp. vanilla extract - 2 c. Milk - 11/2 brown sugar - 6 large eggs - 3 tbsp.butter melted -
1/4 tsp. Ground cinnamon - 1 loaf cinnamon raisin bread, left out over night and cubed - 1large granny smith Apple , peeled , cored and diced

Preheat oven to 350º. Grease 13×9 baking dish. In a large bowl combine first six ingredients and whisk until blended well. Add bread and Apple to bowl and stir until bread is saturated. Fold bowls ingredients into baking dish and cook for 50 minutes.
