1 lb. hamburger
1 small onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can tomato paste
2 c. water
1 (16oz.) can tomatoes
Italian Seasoning to taste
2 T. sugar
1 T. brown sugar
Garlic salt to taste
1/2 c. ketchup
*** Parmesan, cheddar and mozzarella cheeses(reserved until layering process)

Brown hamburger, onion and bell pepper. Drain off grease. Add remaining ingredients to hamburger in a large pot or skillet.
Cook noodles(8 oz. box).
1 layer of sauce at bottom of pan. Sprinkle with cheeses. Add layer of noodles. Sauce, cheese, noodles. End with sauce and top heavily with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Don't let top of lasagna get too brown. Keep watching after first half hour. The more cheese you add the better.
