3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup Hershey cocoa
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 can frosting (any kind)
Sprinkles (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together, then add eggs, vegetable oil and sweetened condensed milk. Mix well and wrap in plastic wrap; chill in fridge for 20 minutes to 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 325°. Roll dough into 1 1/2-inch balls. Place on greased cookie sheets.

Bake for 12-13 minutes. Cool completely on wire rack.

Frost cookies when they are completely cooled and assemble two together to make a sandwich. You can also add sprinkles to the middle part, where the frosting is, if you like.

To make pretty holiday treats, change the sprinkles to suit the holiday: Valentine, Easter, 4th of July, Halloween, Christmas, etc.
