8 oz. crushed pineapple with juice
8-1/2 oz. can cream of coconut(Cream of Coco Lopez)
1 large banana, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. non-fat dry milk powder
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. light rum
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 T. sugar
15 ice cubes
shredded coconut(optional)

Combine ingredients in a blender. Blend until ice is finely crushed.
