1/2 cup oil
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sour milk (add 1 teaspoon vinegar to milk if not sour)
4 tablespoons cocoa
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup chocolate chips
2 cups finely chopped zucchini
Directions:
Directions:
1. cream oil and sugar. Add eggs and whip until creamy.
2. add vanilla, milk, cocoa, flour, baking powder and baking soda. Beat well.
3. Fold in zucchini and chocolate chips.
4. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.
5. Bake at 325 F for 45 minutes
