1 square butter
1 c. powered sugar
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
2 unbeaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract

Pie crust -
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
4 T. butter
1/2 T. powdered sugar

whipping cream
2 drops mint extract

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter adding powdered sugar gradually, beating well with an electric beater. Add chocolate and beat well. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well. Add vanilla and beat well. Add peppermint and beat well. Set aside.

Melt butter and mix with graham crackers and powdered sugar.

Line an 8" or 9" pie pan with graham cracker crust and bake for 10 minutes at 325º F. Let crust cool. Pour filling into crust and chill for 6 hours.

Decorate with slightly sweetened whipped cream with peppermint extract.
