1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. milk
1/4 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. warm water
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs

Cinnamon mix:
1 stick melted oleo (to roll balls into)
5 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar

Mix yeast in warm water and set aside. Bring milk to boiling point, add shortening, sugar, salt and 1 1/2 c. flour Mix well, add eggs and mix, add yeast and the 2 1/2 c. flour. (Probably needs more flour as you knead). Knead 10 minutes. Let rise until double in bulk. Make balls size of walnuts. Roll in melted oleo, then cinnamon mixture. Drop into angel food cake pan. Let rise until 3/4 full. Bake at 375 º for 35-45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before removing from pan.
