6 English Muffins (cut in half)
1/4 lb. butter
2 tsp. McCormick's Salad Elegance
6 pieces Canadian Bacon
6 slices American Sliced Cheese
6 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Cut English muffins in half, butter, then sprinkle with McCormick's Salad Supreme (or Johnny's Dock Salad Elegance). Place under broiler until slightly crispy, remove. Fry eggs, breaking yolk to make slightly hard. Layout muffins, and place 1 piece of Canadian bacon, then 1 slice of cheese, then broken egg. Cool and put into refrigerator. Reheat in microwave for 30 seconds to serve the next day.

The best method is to fix muffins first, layer on the cheese, Canadian bacon, then cook the egg and place on top.
