1 cup butter
1 cup white granulated sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup Wesson oil
1 cup regular oats
1 cups crushed corn flakes
3 1/2 cups plain White Lilly flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup chapped pecans
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 325 degrees

Cream butter and sugars. Add egg. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients except pecans. Mix well then stir in the nuts. Form dough into balls (I use small dough/ice cream scoop), place on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten with a fork. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until lightly browned. Let cool a few minutes before removing from pan.
