3/4 cups water
(A fig leaf to spread the finished cake on)

Dry Ingredients
1 pound grated coconut
2 1/2 cups sugar
Cinnamon sticks
Dash of grated nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Place all dry ingredients in a sauce pan.
Add water and boil until mixture begins to turn brown (this should take approximately 20 minutes), lower heat and stir constantly.
(Add a tablespoon of water if necessary.)
Test on a pie sheet to make sure it is sticking.
Arrange on a pie sheet in small cakes.
Flatten with spatula, wait for at least 15 minutes.
Cut into squares and serve.
