1/4 c. flour
1 qt. milk
1/2 tsp. pepper
Salt to taste
2 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
With whisk mix flour & milk in large pan. Add butter, pepper and salt. Cook until thickened, lower heat, simmer for 15 minutes. Serve over biscuits.
This can be used for chipped beef or sausage gravy, too. Brown and drain sausage first.
