3-4 lb. pot roast
1 large can chicken broth
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic
salt and pepper to taste
1 small can beef gravy

Directions:
Directions:
Oven: 350º ~ Yield 12 servings
Place roast in a large pan. Pour broth over top; add seasonings. Cover; bake 4-5 hours (or use slow cooker) until meat falls apart. Cool; pick meat off of bones. Shred with 2 forks; return to broth (may be refrigerated at this stage). To serve, remove fat; reheat meat and broth with the gravy. Serve on buns or over rice.
