1 can cranberry sauce
½ cup white vermouth
1 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp minced fresh ginger
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 cup cranberry juice

Directions:
Directions:
Remove half the marinade for later use and refrigerate. Pour other half into a baggie with the salmon and marinate for a couple of hours.

Cook salmon by grilling is the best.

Use left over marinade and boil it down to about half. Then add enough mayonnaise to make a good consistency for a sauce for over the cooked salmon.
