1⁄3 c. butter
finely chopped onions
1⁄3 c. flour
1 ¾ c. chicken broth
½ c. milk
1 c. peas
1 c. carrots
2 c. cubed or shredded chicken

Preheat oven to 450

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook the chicken in butter or a light amount of oil.
2. Heat butter, onions, flour, salt and pepper in a medium sized saucepan over medium heat. Gradually stir in the chicken broth and milk. Once the sauce has thickened, stir in the cooked chicken, carrots, and peas and remove from the heat. Add filling to pie crust, cutting holes in top crust. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
