2 packages (3 oz. each) cream cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
8 green onions, chopped
2 c. shredded Mexican cheese blend
2 cloves garlic, minced
¾ tsp. ground cumin
½ tsp. fresh cilantro
3 c. cubed cooked chicken
¼ c. butter
¼ c. flour
1 ½ c. chicken broth
1 c. shredded jack cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
1⁄8 tsp. thyme
1⁄8 tsp. salt and pepper
12 flour tortillas- 6’’ (halved)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°.
1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, onions, 1½ cups of the Mexican cheese, ¼ tsp. cumin, and cilantro.
2. Stir in cooked chicken and set aside.
3. In a saucepan, melt butter; add flour until smooth.
4. Gradually add broth and bring to a boil for 2 minutes
(until thickened).
5. Remove from heat and stir in jack cheese, sour cream,
chilies, and remaining spices.
6. Spread ½ cups of cheese sauce in greased 13’’ x 9’ pan.
Top with 6 tortilla halves, 1⁄3 of chicken mixture,
and ¼ of cheese sauce. Repeat this layering twice.
7.Top with remaining tortillas, cheese sauce, and Mexican cheese.
8. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for
10 more minutes
