3 to 4 lbs. beef or pork-country style ribs or short ribs
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
2 dashes tabasco
2 c. water
1 c. catsup
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 lemon
1 onion

Directions:
Directions:
Oven: 450º ~ Yield: 4 servings
Place ribs, bone side down, on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Drain. Meanwhile, mix next six ingredients for sauce and bring to a boil. Slice lemon and onion and place over top of ribs. Pour sauce over and return to 350º oven for 1 hour. Baste with sauce every 15 minutes.
