1 box dark brown sugar
3 T. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 ham (12-14 lbs.)
whole cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, vinegar and mustard until smooth. Remove ham from oven 20 minutes before end of baking time. Increase oven temperature to 400 degrees. Score fat in crisscross pattern and stud with whole cloves. Cover ham with sugar paste. Then cover ham and return to oven for remaining 20 minutes.
