Lil’ Smokies® all beef cocktail wieners
Pioneer Baking Mix
Egg
Milk
Green food coloring
Black Olive slices cut into small segments

Directions:
Essentially, what you’re doing here is making up a batch of “pigs in a blanket”. However, the twist here is that you will add green food coloring to the milk before you mix it in with the dry ingredients.

Add several drops of green dye to the milk. Mix up the dough, according to instructions on the box. (I like Pioneer Baking Mix because it’s not too salty with the taste of baking soda as is Bisquick.) Don’t over work the dough, or it’ll cook up “hard” in the baking process.

Pack a ball of the green dough all around the cocktail wiener. Make one end of the “toe” a bit bigger than the other, and then add to it a piece of black olive for a “toe nail.”

Bake according to box directions.
