1 pound ground beef
1 pound ground pork
1 chopped green pepper
2 small onions, chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
1 package macaroni rings (cooked per pkg directions)
1 can cream style corn
2 cans mushrooms
2 small jars pimento
2 tsp salt

Brown beef and pork, drain and set aside. Sauté onions and green pepper. Mix all together and place in a buttered casserole with crumbled potato chips on the top. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. (One half of this recipe fills a 9" x 13" pan).

This recipe is included in this book under duress placed on me by SOME members of my family! It has been one of my least favorite recipes of all time (right up there with salmon loaf!) - but others just LOVE it!!!
