4 lbs. beef or pork roast
6 medium onions
12 large cloves garlic
salt
black and red pepper
2 small cans chili powder
2 small cans paprika
1 lb. lard or Crisco
5 lb. corn meal or masarina
corn husks

Directions:
Directions:
Cover meat with water and cook until done; save broth. Grind meat, onions and garlic. Add chili powder, black and red pepper, salt, and 1/2 can paprika. Put 1/4 lb. lard in skillet and cook meat mixture for 5 minutes. Add broth as needed. In another pan, mix cornmeal, salt, remainder of paprika and lard together with hot broth to spreading consistency. Spread cornmeal mixture thinly in about 3 inch squares on corn husks. Spread 1 heaping tsp. meat mixture lengthwise along cornmeal. Roll up and turn back ends. Stand in pressure cooker, add small amount of broth or hot water, cover and steam 2 to 3 hours. (D. L.
