2 ˝ cups of flour
˝ cup sugar
1 tsp eliche
100 ml ghee
1 cup milk
Extra ghee for frying.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, sugar, ghee and eliche.
Knead with milk in a soft dough.
Make into balls.
Heat extra ghee in frying pan.
Flatten balls and fry until golden brown on both sides.
