4 cups sugar
3 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups HERSHEY'S Dark Cocoa
3 tsp baking powder
3 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
4 eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup apple sauce
4 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F
Stir together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl
Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla; beat thoroughly
Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin)
Pour into prepared pans/muffin tins
Bake 30-35 minutes for round pans, 35-40 for rectangular pans and 7-9 minutes for muffins
