Ingredients:
Ingredients:
24-30 peeled shrimp (size 15-18 count per pound)
½ cup Worchestshire sauce
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
4 sprigs fresh rosemary
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 stick butter or margarine
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
2 tbsp oregano
Pinch of salt and pepper
Small bunch of parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Fire up the bar-b-que to a healthy high heat. Put the shrimp on the grill. Be careful, as the marinade will flare up, which is normal. Move shrimp around frequently to keep from burning. The shrimp should be cooked for 7-8 minutes. Don’t be over concerned if the shrimp get a little charred, as that only adds to the flavor.

Arrange the shrimp in a shallow bowl. Strain marinade to remove the balance of the chopped rosemary, and pour over the shrimp. Top with fresh parsley.

A good French bread goes great with this dish and is great for “sopping up” the marinade.
