2-3 eggs
4-6 T. white sugar
1 pt. sweet milk
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. vanilla or dash of nutmeg, or both

Beat eggs, sugar and salt together. Scald milk and combine. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325 for 40-45 min.
