Any flat bread, .e., Lavash, Sangak, Pita. 1 Sqf.
Feta Cheese - 2 oz
Fresh tomato - 1/2.
Fresh Basil Leaves

Directions:
Directions:
1- Toast the bread if crunchy version is desired.

2. Spread the Feta cheese and cut into 9 2"X2" squares

3. Slice tomato.

4. Place tomato slices on the bread and cheese squares.

5. Top with a fresh basil leaf on each tomato slice and.
Enjoy (with a cup of your favorite tea)
