2 cans of Croissants
2 8oz Cream cheese
1 cup Sugar
1 teasp Vanilla
1 Egg separated
Cinnamon

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray bottom of oblong pan. Spread roll of croissants in bottom of pan, closing any seams. Mix the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg yolk. Spread over base. Place another can of croissants over cream cheese. Brush egg white on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake 20-30 minutes until rolls are done.
