2 oz yeast
1 qt warm water
1/2 c sugar
1 c dry milk
2 qt flour
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 c. shhortening

Cinnamon Sugar:
1/2 c cinnamon
1 c brown sugar

Glaze:
2 qt powdered sugar
4 Tbsp vanilla
1 c milk

Directions:
Mix yeast , water & sugar. Let set for 10 minutes. Sift dry milk, flour, salt, & baking powder. Put shortening in flour mixture. Add liquid mixture & mix well. Let dough rise about double. Knead dough on floured board several times. Roll out into aobut 10 inch wide strips, 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Brush lightly with melted butter & sprinkle with cinnamon & sugar. Roll into a long roll. Cut in 1 to 1 1/2 inch pieces. Place on greased pan & let rise 30 minutes. Bake at 450º for 15-20 minutes. Remove & glaze
