1 tube (16 1/2 oz.) refrigerated cookie dough
1 c. sugar, divided
2 T. cornstarch
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1-8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 T. milk
1 tsp. grated orange peel
2/3 c. heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 c. halved fresh strawberries
1 medium peach, thinly sliced
1 small banana, sliced
1 small kiwi, thinly sliced
1/2 c. fresh blueberries

Let dough stand at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to soften. Press dough onto a 14 inch pizza pan. Bake at 350º for 15-18 minutes or until deep golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. In a small sauce pan, combine 1/2 c. sugar, cornstarch, and juices. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat, and set aside to cool. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, milk, orange peel and remaining sugar until blended. In a small bowl, beat cream until soft peaks form. Fold in cream cheese mixture. Spread over crust. Arrange fruit over filling, and spread with reserved glaze. Refrigerate until chilled.
