Ingredients:  
1 pound Powdered sugar
1/2 c unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
6 tbsp butter
4 tbsp milk
1 tbsp vanilla
1 c walnuts(optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients into top of a double boiler. Stir. Cook until butter is melted and mixture looks dull. Place into a buttered 9x9 pan. Cool. Cut into small pieces and store in a cool dry place.
