2 large avocados
1 T. lemon juice
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 small tomato, seeded and chopped fine
salt to taste
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 to 1 T. crushed red pepper flakes or chopped jalapeņo pepper
chopped, fresh cilantro to taste

Yield: 6 servings
Cut avocados in half; remove the pits. Scoop out the meat; mash in a small bowl with a fork. Add lemon juice, onion, tomato and salt. Stir in sour cream, pepper and cilantro. Serve with warm chips.
