CRABCAKES:
1 pound crab
¼ cup mayonnaise
1-1½ tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp lemon juice
1 large egg
1-1½ tsp Dijon Mustard
½ tsp Worchestshire sauce
1¼ cup fresh white bread crumbs
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp olive oil

GARLIC AIOLI SAUCE:
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp celery seed
1 lemon – juiced
¼ cup olive oil
Kosher salt
2 tbsp chives

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients for crab cakes, form patties and fry in butter.

Mix all ingredients for sauce and serve.
