1 small white potato, peeled
Powdered Sugar
Creamy Peanut Butter
Waxed Paper
Directions:
Directions:
Peel and boil 1 small white potato until soft.
Mash and add enough powdered sugar to make a relatively firm dough.
Roll out dough on waxed paper.
Spread evenly with creamy peanut butter.
Roll as a jelly roll and wrap in waxed paper.
Chill in refrigerator until firm.
Cut roll into 1/4-in slices.
