Bottom Layer:
1C. milk
1 3-oz. package lemon jello
1 C. Boiling Water
1 1/2 C. chopped walnuts
1 large tub of Cool Whip
16 large marshmallows
1 8-oz package Cream Cheese
1 Can drained crushed pineapple

Top Layer:
2 3-0z packages of raspberry jello
2 packages of frozen red raspberries
3 C. boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
This recipe requires a 9 X 13" pan or larger.

Bottom Layer:
Heat milk and marshmallows in microwave until melted. Stir until marshmallows are completely dissolved.

With your mixer, cream the dry jello with the cream cheese until smooth.
Add 1 C. boiling water slowly and mix until syrupy.
Add marshmallow/milk mixture.
Add drained pineapple and nuts.
Fold in Cool Whip and chill until completely firm (Several hours or overnight.

Top Layer:
Add boiling water to raspberry jello and stir until dissolved.
Add frozen raspberries and stir until completely mixed.

Carefully pour over bottom layer and refrigerate again until firm.

Once I didn't cool the bottom layer thoroughly before I added the top layer. To my surprise the next morning, The red, top layer ended up on the bottom!
