1 large onion
3 celery stalks
4 Tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning
16 ounces smoked sausage
4 ears of corn, broken in half
2 lbs. raw unpeeled shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to a boil in a Dutch oven
Add first 5 ingredients to boiling water, allowing enough water to cover ingredients
Cover and cook 15 - 20 minutes
Add shrimp and cook uncovered until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
Draining colander and serve with you favorite cocktail sauce
